MICRO TEACHING REFLECTION

Task 1.5.: Microteaching Reflection

-            What went well during the lesson: I was to utilize the ICT tools very well. The online quiz//game was able to be used and fulfilled the lesson objectives necessary. The PowerPoint was really engaged with as my peers enjoyed the visuals and the questions and activities set for them there.

-            Challenges encountered: there were a bit of glitches in connection, how I addressed it was just waited for the connection to come back.

-            Lesson objectives achievability: I believe all my lesson objectives were achieved.

-            What I learnt and how I can apply it: I learnt that I need to check my resources and ensure that they are correct before using them. I should also ensure that all learners understand and are aware with feedback before moving o not the next sections.

-            Incorporating feedback form my peers: They have made me aware of my need to fully engage with learners by not just asking questions but ensuring that I give appropriate and helpful feedback to learners so they could understand better. When planning I also need to ensure that all resources are prepared well enough before learners use or engage with them.
